New to Agile

Producer: Steven "Doc" List (producer) ThoughtWorks
Assistant: Ola Ellnestam (producer) Agical AB

Come learn about tools, techniques, approaches, and processes of value to those learning about or beginning the learning and implementation of Agile.

We’re offering two categories of sessions:

  1. What is it? These will be sessions that clearly explain/teach some vertical or horizontal slice of Agile. These sessions will answer questions like:

    • What is XP?
    • What is Scrum?
    • What is a Stand-up?
    • What is Agile?
    • What Agile isn’t - common misconceptions and misunderstandings.
    • What are these “retrospective” things I keep hearing about?
  2. How do I…? Different from the “What is it?” sessions, these are oriented toward teaching you various parts of the various Agile practices/methodologies. These focus on those who understand at least some of the basics, and are eager to (or curious about how to) begin and implement a program of learning and implementation.

Come learn and have fun!
